 Downy Product Recommender
This was by far my favorite project. I asked the question...what if we could actually give people real product recommendations? The challenge was that people couldn't "smell" fabric softeners online, which was the leading driver in fabric softener sales. So I crafted a series of questions to figure out the types of scents that people preferred, a statistician weighted the questions and our development team created an authentic product recommender.
