welldoc: Diabetes Manager®

I was brought into WellDoc when they had just started testing their pilot project Diabetes Manager® with McKesson and AT&T. The challenge was to streamline patient messages for three mobile platforms to include iOS, Android and Java (remember the flip phones). This was the first FDA-approved mobile app for the management of diabetes.
I streamlined patient messaging, created patient user guides, and worked to ensure the flow of messages produced the best user experience possible. |

While working for Anthem I was given the task of increasing email clickthrough for their wellness program as an upsell to employers who already provided their employees insurance. The result was an increase of more than 50%. |

empirx health: social media posts
If you've not heard of EmpiRx Health, there may be a good reason. This pharmacy benefit management company (PBM) was relatively young and going through an acquisition when I crafted some social media posts to increase awareness and promote their differentiators.
