As a copywriter and editor, I’ve done a lot of exciting things. I’ve written how-to guides while software was being developed; streamlined the voice and tone of product apps for mobile devices; transformed complex technical guides into simplified user guides; written advertising messaging for product launches; devised multiple audience messaging for hospitals, medical insurance companies, and big retailers. But I learn something new every day, that’s how I became familiar with content management systems, HTML, and Adobe Creative Suite.
